I have eaten in this restaurant a few times and have never had a bad experience. Their food is wonderful! This is one of the few original Disney restaurants that has not been changed or renamed since the first cookbook was printed. This particular dish has been a favorite of mine and my husbands.
While it doesn't taste exactly the same, it is very close and still very good. If you used a higher grade beef than bottom round roast it would be better (my suspicion is that Disney does use a better cut).
With a better cut, I would give this 4 mickeys...with the cut in the book I give it 3.
