I said it before but I'll say it again...I'm not a fan of lime desserts. I did of course give this a try...and it tasted like a lime dessert. So, with that, I turned over the eating and judging to my husband who loves lime desserts. For fun I put a lime mickey on the top. My husband thought it was really good and had an interesting texture. He gave it 4 mickeys.
