There is almost no possible way to make mac and cheese bad. I like it in all forms. This recipe was no exception. It was very good. I can't say it's the best mac and cheese I've ever had, but it was good! I used regular mac instead of the rotini or shell pasta the recipe calls for. The recipe is simple - margarine, flour, milk, american cheese (I used velveeta), mustard, salt and pepper. 3 mickeys.
