For Memorial day I was having my grandma over to celebrate. I decided we needed some sort of strawberry dessert, and angel food sounded good. Luckily for me Disney provided me with an angel food cake recipe...check 2 things off at once! The strawberry sauce is made of fresh strawberries, sugar, water, and strawberry jam. I used fresh farmers market strawberries. I think that's what made it sooooo good. I did get distracted and left the cake in a bit too long, so it's a bit darker than it should be.
