I love cheesecake. So does my husband...perhaps more than me. This one however, we did not love. I don't know if it was faulty cooking or just a bad recipe. You can be the judge. It has an average graham cracker crust and the filling is fairly average also. The recipe tells you not to overmix the batter. Well, I guess I didn't mix it enough because my cheesecake was lumpy. The texture was horrible. The sour cream topping was also gross. It was like spreading straight sour cream on your cheesecake. Yuck. We only give it 1 mickey.
