Chicken Sarasota

First off, let me stop you from making my mistake. You need to marinate the chicken overnight. I did do this, but it pushed this dinner back to another night. Next, don't cut the ham this thick. I cut it insanely thick. Where is the chicken you might ask? Oh, it's there, buried under a gigantic piece of ham.  After you marinate and cook the chicken you are supposed to grill it. I made this in January. You guessed it, we didn't grill it. We cooked it on the stovetop. Even with the marinade, once you add the Hickory Barbecue Sauce you can't taste the marinade, which is a shame because it smelled really good.
