Pioneer Hall - Fort Wilderness Campground Resort
It's always great when you run out of an ingredient in the middle of cooking a recipe...say, ketchup. I filled in the rest with tomato sauce and some salt, but I'm sure it would have been a bit different had I had enough ketchup. Who ever runs out of ketchup? Still, they were good. We decided we like pork ribs better than beef ribs, but it was decent. 3 mickeys to the ribs!
