Yum! So our attempt at sunny side up eggs failed...we flipped them just because we both don't like runny eggs...but beyond that fact they were tasty! The Chorizo sausage didn't stay in pieces like the recipe called for...it became a meat sauce, but the sauce would be good on more than just eggs...enchiladas, burritos, etc.
