Cottage Pie

History: This dish is still served, however it has changed slightly. Here is the current description: "Ground Beef with onions, carrots, and green peas topped with duchess potatoes."

The 1986 recipe calls for mashed potatoes to top it off and does not contain peas. It had a great flavor and was simple, but it was also pretty common place. For that reason we give it 2 mickeys.
