Black Bean Soup

Very good! You do have to soak the black beans over night, but I suppose you could use canned beans and forgo that step. I also made my own alteration. The recipe calls for a large ham hock to cook in the soup, then to remove it and cut the ham into the soup. I used pre-diced ham from the start and it tasted fine. 4 mickeys go out to this soup!
