Carciofi Ripieni

So, these would have been better had I read the recipe fully...just now I realized I didn't add the bearnaise sauce. Oops. That said, they still were fairly good. The best part was the stuffing. If you make this make sure you put the cut artichokes into the lemon juice IMMEDIATELY. I cut them up then put them in the juice. They were already turning color. Not to bad, nothing great. 3 mickeys.
