PIzza Quiche

Farmer's Market - The Land, EPCOT

I haven't blogged for a while, but it doesn't mean I haven't still been cooking with Mickey! Today my goal is to catch up on my food blog. Let's see if my 8 1/2 month old son will let me...

This quiche is pretty yummy! The downside? Making the Caponatta, though I have to say it looked more complicated than it was. Downside #2? Gruyere cheese is really expensive, but well worth the buy if you can. Yes, you can substitute with more swiss, but swiss doesn't have the bite that Gruyere has. Use it if at all possible.  Over all, I would add more pepperoni since it only called for 8 slices. Still good. I give it 3 mickeys.
