Fiesta Fun Center Snake Bar - Contemporary Resort
The campfire snack bar still exists, but the fiesta fun center is no longer at the contemporary resort. The arcade moved to the Grand Canyon Concourse and snacks can now be bought at the Contempo Cafe.
This chili recipe is easy, uses common ingredients, and is very yummy. I added shredded cheddar cheese and saltine crackers when I served it. My husband said it tasted like sloppy joes, but I thought it had a great sweet, smoky flavor. The only down side? It takes an hour to simmer. Of course, all good chili takes time!
