Sherry Trifle

 Le Cellier, Rose & Crown Pug & Dining Room - EPCOT

 Another "yum" to add to the list! This is a great dessert. Not the most amazing, but very good. I would make it again. It takes a bit of time, so make sure you give the custard sauce and strawberry sauce at least and hour to cool and chill up, if not more. I cheated this time and bought a pre-made pound cake. The only problem with this dessert? Trying to get it in the refrigerator :-)  4 mickeys

  1. Is the overall idea of this to make a trifle with pound cake, custard and strawberry sauce? 'Cause that is SO up my dessert alley. :)

  2. You got it! You just add a little sherry into the strawberry sauce :-)
