And yet another restaurant that no longer exists. Okay, so you probably thought I no longer existed either. Even worse, you might have thought I gave up on my quest. Rest assured, I did not. I was just a bit occupied....with a 2 year old and a very pregnant body. It held me back a bit. But have no fear, I was still cooking through Disney (a bit slower I do admit).

This is the second beef barley soup recipe, a bit different from the one in the 1986 book.  It was good, but nothing about it was exciting. I actually think the one from the 1986 book is better. It's a basic beef, barley, carrot, celery, onion, and base soup.
