Marble Cheesecake

Terrace Buffeteria - Contemporary Resort
Walt Disney World Shopping Village

History: The Terrace Buffeteria was on the main concourse of the contemporary resort. It offered a buffet for all three meals. It was also known as the Grand Canyon Terrace. It later became part of the current restaurant, Chief Mickeys.

At first I wasn't sure about a cheesecake without a crust, but this cake turned out awesome. It burned a bit on the top, but I blame my 50 year old oven on that one. It was light and creamy and had a great chocolate ribbon though it. I have made homemade cheesecake before but have never had one turn out this well.

We give this recipe 4 mickeys!
