This restaurant was "One of the select Walt Disney World restaurants that required jackets for men (Top of the World also required them). It closed on May 28, 1988."
The Blue cheese patties were very easy to make, with a few side notes:
1) The blender works wonders on the bread
2) Using a blender in place of a food processor to mix the cheeses works eventually with a lot of work and jamming the stuff down with the spoon while running the blender without the lid on... not recommended!
3) It is hard to form them into patties, but the shape doesn't matter, they taste awesome!
