Tenderlion Chasseur & Rice Pilaf

As mentioned before, this restaurant no longer exists.

This recipe knocks out 2 at once! It calls for you to serve it
on the rice pilaf, also in the cookbook. First off, I would recommend that you actually use beef tenderloin steaks, not round steaks like I did (again, I had them in the freezer and needed to use them). It would have been WAY more tender. The sauce is great though and so was the rice. 4 mickeys to both!
