This was a pleasant surprise. You wouldn't think that a comb of chicken, rice, carrots, raisins, cantaloupe, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce would taste good, but it does! It was great! It would make a great summer lunch main dish. 4 mickeys!

Another easy, great recipe. You can't beat mixing up sour cream, coconut cream, and brown sugar. It took me all of 2 minutes to make this fruit dip. I only tried it on cantaloupe but it was good! I would definitely make it for a party! 4 mickeys!

 50's Prime Time Cafe - MGM studios (Now Hollywood Studios)

I have made this recipe multiple times, but made it again just to take a picture...and of course I burnt the marshmallows. Good for me since I like blackened marshmallows, bad for you since it looks gross. Just imagine melted Hersey bars on graham crackers with 6 marshmallows roasted on top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. So great. For ease of baking and taste it deserves 5 mickeys!

Pioneer Hall Cheese Dip

Another easy, good recipe. It would be great to make to take to a party. For my personal taste, I might add a bit more Tabasco next time just to up the spice a good, but it was good none-the-less. The recipe calls for you to eat it with crackers or fresh veggies. While I didn't try veggies, the crackers were good, but tortilla chips were even better! Perhaps non-ritz crackers (no butteriness) would be best.  4 mickeys!

Queso Fundido

3 ingredients, fast and easy! Muenster cheese, chorizo sausage, and flour tortillas! It was great! I even took the left over to work and ate it for lunch. So good. Not great as a meal, but a great appetizer or a portion of a meal. 4 mickeys!

What a nice, light, easy recipe. While it's good, it's nothing spectacular. The best part is the hint of cinnamon you can taste when you eat it.

BLICH BLICH YIK YUCK BLACHHHHHH! Horrid, absolutely horrid. If you want a tuna casserole that curdles your stomach and yet contains NO tuna, here it is.  Maybe this is an over reaction, but it was not good. Greg was able to eat it, I couldn't even swallow it. You better really love seafood slop if you make this. 1 mickey. Ick.
