This was a hard recipe to make. The directions are simple, the idea is simple, but the stupid potatoes wouldn't stick together! Perhaps I used the wrong type of potato. Who knows. But mine turned into little mush balls. The flavor was great, but they by no means were dumplings. Half of them dissolved while cooking and turned into a soupy broth. We actally had the idea of using the broth for soup. We added noodles and veggies. Sounds great right? It was aweful. We oculdn't even stomach it down. Ha ha!
